On a Denver Broncos podcast, an unnamed team insider dropped some major news regarding Aaron Rodgers and John Elway.
Apparently, the two of them have been in contact with each other and playing golf as well.
“I know for a fact that Aaron Rodgers and John Elway have had contact these past couple of weeks. I know for a fact they were playing golf together in California.”

After the story gained traction, NFL insider Benjamin Allbright took the wind out of the sails of Broncos fans.
The Denver Broncos have been the team mentioned the most for the MVP quarterback. The AFC West franchise was reportedly close to a trade for Rodgers on NFL Draft night, but the Packers have since denied that. The Packers quarterback is reportedly enamored by the “freedom” he would have with the Broncos.
“At least regarding Denver, I’m told one of Aaron Rodgers’ attractions to the Broncos has been the sense of ‘freedom’ he’d feel with the offense with Elway in the building, per source,” Josina Anderson reported.
The Broncos are the clear betting favorite to land Rodgers if he is traded, as well.
