This whole situation just keeps getting worse and worse.
Early Monday morning, an innocent female lost her life when her Rav4 was hit by the speeding Corvette of Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs. The female died on the scene when she was trapped inside her blazing vehicle, while Henry and the female passenger in his vehicle suffered significant injuries.
In the time since, we have learned some disturbing facts, like how Ruggs appeared to be intoxicated on the scene and his blood-alcohol level was later reported to be twice the legal limit.
Unfortunately, that’s not all. According to the latest report, Ruggs has been accused of driving 156 miles per hour just seconds before the crash, while the airbags deployed when the vehicle was traveling 127 miles per hour. And there’s more…
Not only was Ruggs drunk, but he was also carrying a loaded hand in the passenger-side floorboard of his vehicle.

Making this whole situation even more tragic is the news that, along with a killing 23-year-old Tina Tintor, Ruggs’ crash also took the life of the young woman’s dog.
The accident occurred on Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas Valley at around 3:39 am. Ruggs appeared in court Wednesday morning and his bail was set at $150,000. He is being charged with DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm and reckless driving with death.
