Baker Mayfield will not be testing free agency waters this offseason, despite interest from several teams after the term he just had with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The quarterback has agreed to a three-year, $100 million deal with the Buccaneers, who were desperate to keep him on their roster after he fired them to an NFC South championship, as well as a Divisional Round appearance in the playoffs en route to the first Pro Bowl of his career.
Mayfield was expected to be a holdover QB, with the Bucs tipped to be one of the teams vying for Caleb Williams by the end of the season. But he led them through a meaningful campaign that has ended up earning him a huge deal.

Mayfield was among the quarterbacks garnering the most interest around the NFL with free agency approaching.
He was decent under center at the beginning of the season, but his form down the stretch was what convinced the Bucs that they needed to keep him as he led them to five wins in their final six games of the regular season.
He threw for a total of 4,044 yards, 28 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions, adding another 686 yards and six touchdowns in two postseason games.
