We are at yet another round of Deshaun Watson trade rumors at the 2021 NFL season is around the corner.
This time around, the Miami Dolphins are said to have emerged as the front-runner in trade talks for Houston Texans star Deshaun Watson, sources told Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports.
The Texans are reportedly seeking three first-round draft picks and two second-round selections.
Miami seems to be his No. 1 destination, as Broncos insider Benjamin Allbright explained that there is a former Texans teammate that he wants to play with again.
“He wants to reunite with his buddy Will Fuller,” he wrote in response to a fan on Twitter.
In 2020, the star wideout reeled in 53 receptions for 879 yards and eight touchdowns from the league’s passing leader. He will miss the first game with the team as he finishes out his six-game suspension due to violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing substances policy in November.

The Panthers and Eagles are also said to be in the mix, even though the Eagles traded a conditional sixth-round pick for Gardner Minshew Saturday.
Miami currently has Tua Tagovailoa as its starting quarterback.
