The Houston Texans are getting set to have a full rebuild if the below information if proven to be true.
Several Houston Texans players have reportedly signaled their support for quarterback Deshaun Watson to do “what’s best for himself” amid rumors he just might seek a trade as his growing discontent with the franchise gets worse and worse.
Greg Bishop and Jenny Vrentas of Sports Illustrated reported “many” teammates expressed similar feelings to those that Texans defensive end J.J. Watt delivered to Watson following the team’s Week 17 loss to the Tennessee Titans to complete a 4-12 season:
“He just wants out,” a source close to Watson told Sports Illustrated.
Per the report, Watson found owner Cal McNair’s public remarks regarding the relationship with the quarterback to be “patronizing.”
The Texans had promised to give Watson input in the hiring of a new G.M. and then proceeded to do the opposite of that. Next, the Texans failed to interview Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, despite Watson wanting that interview to happen.

The Texans eventually put in a request, but waited too long and now have to wait until the Chiefs lose in the playoffs or wait till after the Super Bowl.
