As we get closer and closer to the 2019 NFL Draft, the rumors are starting to get stronger that the Arizona Cardinals would be willing to part ways with QB Josh Rosen, so they can take former Oklahoma Sooners QB Kyler Murray with the #1 overall draft pick.
Many have suggested the Cardinals might not receive more than a 3rd-round pick for the unproven top draft pick from 2018. They’ve reportedly already been offered a second-round pick for Rosen.
Joel Klatt, who serves as a college football and NFL draft analyst for FOX, revealed three teams as being “very interested” in the 10th overall pick from 2018: The Patriots, the Giants, and the Chargers.
Klatt states one of those squads have offered that second-round pick for the former UCLA Bruins QB. Despite that, Klatt says the Cardinals aren’t budging on the 1st-round pick that they want in return for giving up Rosen.
The deal could happen soon, or it just might happen four weeks from on Draft night. Either way, something big is going to happen.
