During the Jags-Texans game in London — refs threw a flag on Jaguars’ Calais Campbell for a personal foul and stated he used his helmet to initiate contact on Texans QB Deshaun Watson.
Replay showed he indeed lowered his helmet, but never made contact with Watson at all.
