Late in the fourth quarter of the Bucs-Panthers Thursday Night Football game — a Cam Newton pass to DJ Moore seemingly looked as if he was short of the first down, but when one ref spotted ball short, he threw it to another ref who put it like 10 inches further that made it a first down.
That almost proved costly because the Carolina Panthers were on the cusp of winning the game in the final few seconds, but that Tampa defense held up to win the game.
Either way, this needs to be addressed.
