In 2010, Sean McVay was hired as the assistant tight ends coach for the Washington Redskins under head coach Mike Shanahan, where he would go on to tight ends coach and soon be hired as head coach of the Los Angeles Rams.
McVay is coming off a Super Bowl appearance and the 2019 Rams are undefeated right now.
Also in 2010, Kyle Shanahan left the Texans to join his father, Mike Shanahan, with the Washington Redskins where he would remain until 2013 when he got fired right along with everybody else. He would be officially hired as the next head coach of the San Francisco 49ers and currently has the 2019 team undefeated.
When Kyle Shanahan took his talents to the Redskins, he brought Matt LaFleur to Washington to coach the quarterbacks in 2010. LaFleur worked his way up to eventually being named head coach of the Green Bay Packers on January 8, 2019. The 2019 Packers are currently undefeated as well.
