The Baltimore Ravens are using their platform the right way.
Many teams have released statements on police shootings in 2020, but nobody has done it quite like the Ravens.
On Thursday, the team sent out a statement that called for the arrest of the killer cops that gunned down Breonna Taylor and the cop who shot Jacob Blake seven times in his back just last week.
Breonna Taylor, a 26-year-old African-American emergency medical technician, was fatally shot by Louisville Metro Police Department officers Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison, and Myles Cosgrove on March 13, 2020.
Blake is a 29-year-old African-American man who was shot and paralyzed by police in August 2020. He was hit by four of seven shots fired at his back during an arrest by police officer Rusten Sheskey.
