When people tell others to tell them how they really feel, Freddie Gibbs took that and ran with it.
In the wake of the Jay-Z/NFL deal, several people have been calling the hip hop mogul a sellout for his partnership with the NFL, but Gibbs does not see it the same way. In a social media post, Gibbs reminds the public that the former 49ers quarterback got his settlement to keep quiet, while Jay-Z is actually attempting to restructure the inning workings of the league.
“I’m riding with Jay-Z, straight up. Fuck Colin Kaepernick,” Gibbs said. “All y’all niggas marched for Colin Kapernick and he took a settlement and aint tell y’all what he got or nothing. He settled. Let it go. Y’all hating on Jay-Z for tryna own something in the NFL. Y’all nigga some muthafuckin crabs.”
