The elite NFL quarterbacks are turning broken plays into masterpieces, while the lackeys are breaking the hearts of their fanbases. Whether it’s clutch throws, back-breaking interceptions, or moments that make you wonder how they’re still employed, the storylines are endless.
Let’s break it all down and rank the starting NFL quarterbacks from 32 to 1!
Who are the top-ranking quarterbacks in the NFL after week 15?
32. Tennessee Titans: Will Levis (Last Week #31)
Things went from bad to worse for Will Levis on Sunday. The young quarterback completed just eight of 12 passes for 89 yards and threw three interceptions before getting benched for Mason Rudolph.
31. New York Giants: Tim Boyle (Last Week: Not Ranked)
The Giants abysmal quarterback carousel continued this week, with Tim Boyle completing 12 of 24 passes for 123 yards and one touchdown with one interception in the loss.
30. Las Vegas Raiders: Desmond Ridder (Last Week: Not Ranked)

With Aidan O’Connell sidelined, Desmond Ridder got the nod as the team’s starting quarterback, and it went just about as poorly as one would expect, given his track record at the NFL level.
29. Atlanta Falcons: Kirk Cousins (Last Week #29)
While Atlanta was able to secure the win, Falcons fans are still desperate to see some more life out of Kirk Cousins. This is not what was in line with what the Falcons expected out of him coming into the season.
28. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mac Jones (Last Week #32)
Mac Jones did his best to carry the Jaguars, but his two interceptions were backbreakers. He threw for 294 yards and two touchdowns, but when it came time to close, he couldn’t get the job done.
27. New Orleans Saints: Spencer Rattler (Last Week: Not Ranked)
Spencer Rattler nearly played hero after taking over for Jake Haener. The rookie came in, threw for 135 yards, and almost pulled off a miraculous comeback.
26. Indianapolis Colts: Anthony Richardson (Last Week #24)
Anthony Richardson’s stat line was the stuff of nightmares: 5-of-17 for 56 yards. Another tough showing.
25. San Francisco 49ers: Brock Purdy (Last Week #17)
Quarterback Brock Purdy was a Cinderella story in the 2023 NFL season, but lately, that carriage is looking more like a pumpkin. Purdy finished Thursday Night Football with a dismal 14-for-31 and just 142 yards.
24. Cleveland Browns: Jameis Winston (Last Week #20)
This was a tough one for old Jameis. He was seeing ghosts among the Kansas City Chiefs defense, throwing three interceptions and completing just 16 of 25 passes for 146 yards.
23. Chicago Bears: Caleb Williams (Last Week #26)
Caleb Williams still made some rookie mistakes out there, but there is no doubt that he has the talent to do it at this level. It is just a matter of if the Bears can build some sort of competent operation around him, which, on Monday Night, we did not see strong indicators of.
22. New England Patriots: Drake Maye (Last Week #21)
Drake Maye looked like an NFL rookie quarterback in a bad situation. He completed 19 of 23 passes for 202 yards and a late touchdown, but most of it came in meaningless fourth-quarter action.
21. Carolina Panthers: Bryce Young (Last Week #19)
Four turnovers—two picks, two fumbles—speak louder than any 83-yard highlight to Jalen Coker. It was one step back after two steps forward in recent weeks.
20. Dallas Cowboys: Cooper Rush (Last Week #28)
This was the best we’ve seen Cooper Rush in some time. A career-high three touchdown passes, 214 yards, and just one hiccup with a fumble. He showed poise, delivered in clutch moments, and made sure the offense never stalled for long.
19. Houston Texans: C.J. Stroud (Last Week #18)
C.J. Stroud didn’t have his flashiest game, but he didn’t need one. 131 yards, two touchdowns, and some Houdini-like scrambling to extend plays—it was enough to get the job done.
18. Pittsburgh Steelers: Russell Wilson (Last Week #16)
Russell Wilson was not at his best this week. The veteran NFL quarterback completed just 14 of 22 passes for 128 yards and one touchdown.
17. New York Jets: Aaron Rodgers (Last Week #22)
Vintage Aaron Rodgers showed up in the second half, and for a brief, glorious moment, Jets fans got a glimpse of what could’ve been. Three touchdown passes, 289 yards, and even a team-leading 45 rushing yards—Rodgers was everywhere.
16. Miami Dolphins: Tua Tagovailoa (Last Week #10)
Tua Tagovailoa had one of those days. Three picks, a lost fumble, and the look of an NFL quarterback whose protection had abandoned him.
15. Seattle Seahawks: Geno Smith (Last Week #14)
Tough afternoon for Geno Smith across the board. He went 15 of 19 for 149 yards, but that end-zone interception was a killer, and then his day ended with a low hit from Edgerrin Cooper.
14. Arizona Cardinals: Kyler Murray (Last Week #23)
Kyler Murray bounced back this week, completing 23 of 30 passes for 224 yards.
13. Los Angeles Rams: Matthew Stafford (Last Week #9)
Matthew Stafford was quiet this week, but he kept his team in it mentally and ultimately secured the win. He finished the NFC West showdown on Thursday with 160 yards and 16 completions on 27 attempts.
12. Green Bay Packers: Jordan Love (Last Week #15)
Star NFL quarterback Jordan Love was ice-cold in the best way possible. Twenty completions, 229 yards, and two touchdowns to Romeo Doubs, all while making it look smooth and effortless.
11. Washington Commanders: Jayden Daniels (Last Week #13)
Jayden Daniels gave Commanders fans a taste of hope and a few doses of heartburn. Two TD passes to Terry McLaurin in the first half were beautiful, but his decision-making was questionable at points.
10. Los Angeles Chargers: Justin Herbert (Last Week #6)
Justin Herbert finally threw an interception after 357 attempts, and that pick summed up the day. He finished with 195 yards and two touchdowns, but he was under pressure, out of sync, and got zero help from the ground game.
9. Denver Broncos: Bo Nix (Last Week #8)
Bo Nix played like an NFL rookie quarterback with his first three-interception game, but his resilience saved the day. He rebounded with two touchdown passes, including a beauty to Nate Adkins and a 20-yarder to Courtland Sutton.
8. Minnesota Vikings: Sam Darnold (Last Week #12)
Sam Darnold continues to impress under the tutelage of Kevin O’Connell. He has this Vikings offense playing at another level.
7. Philadelphia Eagles: Jalen Hurts (Last Week #11)
Jalen Hurts took the criticism, the drama, and the broken finger—and turned it into a statement game. He threw for 290 yards and two touchdowns, spreading the love to A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith like a star NFL quarterback who heard all the noise and was ready to respond.
6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Baker Mayfield (Last Week #7)
Mayfield was efficient, composed, and let it rip when it mattered. That 57-yard scramble-and-bomb to Mike Evans was pure artistry. He finished with 288 yards and four touchdowns.
5. Kansas City Chiefs: Patrick Mahomes (Last Week #3)
Patrick Mahomes had an efficient first half, tossing two touchdowns, before the scare with his ankle. He finished the outing with 19 completions for 159 yards and, most importantly, a relatively clean bill of health.
4. Cincinnati Bengals: Joe Burrow (Last Week #5)
Star NFL quarterback Joe Burrow threw two uncharacteristic interceptions but still lit it up, finishing with 271 yards and three touchdowns in the comfortable win.
3. Detroit Lions: Jared Goff (Last Week #4)
Jared Goff did everything he could to keep Detroit in this track meet. Five touchdown passes, 332 yards, and some pinpoint throws under pressure—it was a gutsy performance, but they came up just short.
2. Baltimore Ravens: Lamar Jackson (Last Week #2)
Lamar Jackson came out steaming after that early fumble and proceeded to torch the Giants like it was a personal vendetta. Five touchdown passes, just four incompletions, and a passer rating that almost hit the NFL max. The guy was dialed in.
1. Buffalo Bills: Josh Allen (Last Week #1)
Josh Allen played like a cheat code. Two rushing touchdowns, two passing touchdowns, and 362 yards of pure brilliance.
