We’re 11 weeks into the 2024 NFL season, and the quarterback hierarchy is taking shape. Whether it’s a seasoned veteran proving they’ve still got it, a rising star showing why they’re the future, or a rookie trying to figure it out, every quarterback has a story to tell.
Let’s take a look at all 32 starting NFL quarterbacks, ranked from the bottom of the pack to the very best in the game today!
Who are the top-ranking quarterbacks in the NFL after week 11?
32. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mac Jones (Last Week #30)
Mac Jones might’ve been the starter, but he looked out of his depth against Detroit’s relentless defense. Completing just 17 of 29 passes for 138 yards and a brutal red-zone interception, Jones was ineffective and uninspiring.
31. New York Giants: Daniel Jones (Last Week #26)
The Daniel Jones era is mercifully nearing its conclusion. Jones has struggled to stay healthy and productive, and his inability to push the ball downfield or avoid turnovers has hamstrung the offense.
30. Dallas Cowboys: Cooper Rush (Last Week #32)

Well… Safe to say that Cooper Rush is not the heir apparent in Dallas. He’s barely an NFL-caliber quarterback, to put it frankly.
29. Carolina Panthers: Bryce Young (bye) (Last Week #27)
In the last couple of weeks, quarterback Bryce Young has finally started to show some signs of life, though we still may be looking at an unceremonious end to his young NFL career in Carolina come the end of the year.
28. Las Vegas Raiders: Gardner Minshew (Last Week #31)
To his credit, Gardner Minshew delivered a solid performance, throwing for 282 yards and a pair of touchdowns, but his late interception killed any chance of a comeback.
27. New York Jets: Aaron Rodgers (Last Week #28)
Aaron Rodgers was good but left some meat on the bone this week for New York, completing 22 of 29 passes for 184 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions.
26. Tennessee Titans: Will Levis (Last Week #19)
Will Levis delivered the highlight of the day with a 98-yard touchdown bomb to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, but his performance was otherwise overshadowed by inconsistency and penalties. It’s worth noting that he has looked much improved since returning to the starting lineup.
25. Chicago Bears: Caleb Williams (Last Week #25)
Caleb Williams turned in his best performance in weeks, showing poise and versatility in a tough divisional matchup. His 231 passing yards and 70 rushing yards highlighted his dual-threat ability. Too bad his coach failed him yet again.
24. New Orleans Saints: Derek Carr (Last Week #22)
Derek Carr delivered a steady, efficient performance, throwing for 248 yards and two touchdowns, including a 71-yard catch-and-run by Marquez Valdes-Scantling. This team looks completely different, with him healthy and calling the shots.
23. Minnesota Vikings: Sam Darnold (Last Week #24)
Sam Darnold continues to show why he can thrive under Kevin O’Connell’s system. After an early fumble on a botched toss to Aaron Jones, the star NFL quarterback settled in and delivered a poised, efficient performance with 246 passing yards, two touchdowns, and a rushing score.
22. Atlanta Falcons: Kirk Cousins (Last Week #10)
Kirk Cousins turned in a lackluster performance, completing 18 of 27 passes for 173 yards with no touchdowns and an ugly interception.
21. Seattle Seahawks: Geno Smith (Last Week #23)
Geno Smith delivered when Seattle needed him most. His game-winning 13-yard scramble in the closing seconds capped an 80-yard drive that showcased his poise and leadership. Smith was efficient overall, completing 25 of 32 passes for 221 yards.
20. Cleveland Browns: Jameis Winston (Last Week #20)
One cannot fault Jameis Winston for the Browns’ loss this week, as the well-known NFL quarterback racked up 395 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions, though his team somehow only managed 14 points.
19. New England Patriots: Drake Maye (Last Week #21)
Drake Maye had an uneven day, throwing for 282 yards and two touchdowns, but his strip-sack set up a crucial Rams touchdown. All things considered, though, it was a strong showing from the rookie.
18. Green Bay Packers: Jordan Love (Last Week #14)
Jordan Love wasn’t at his best on Sunday, but he made some big plays when he needed to in order to get Green Bay in the win column against Chicago yet again.
17. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Baker Mayfield (bye) (Last Week #15)
Baker Mayfield has done well to steady the ship in a year that has been plagued with injuries to key players on the offense.
16. Houston Texans: C.J. Stroud (Last Week #18)
C.J. Stroud has come back down to earth a little bit in the form of a sophomore slump, but Sunday night’s showing against Dallas is an indicator that he could be trending back in the right direction.
15. Miami Dolphins: Tua Tagovailoa (Last Week #16)
Tua Tagovailoa looked as comfortable as ever, carving up the Raiders with precision and poise for 288 yards and three touchdowns in a big win.
14. Washington Commanders: Jayden Daniels (Last Week #8)
Week 11 was probably the worst game of quarterback Jayden Daniels’s young NFL career. He’s been a revelation in D.C. this year, but he definitely will want this one back when he looks back on his rookie season.
13. Pittsburgh Steelers: Russell Wilson (Last Week #11)
It isn’t flashy, but Russell Wilson is doing just enough by unlocking George Pickens to give this offense what it needs to complement the stellar Pittsburgh defense.
12. Indianapolis Colts: Anthony Richardson (Not Ranked)
This was far and away the best game we have seen from Anthony Richardson as an NFL pro, who looks determined to validate himself as a starting quarterback in this league. His 272 passing yards, one touchdown through the air, and two on the ground led the way for Indy in a big win.
11. San Francisco 49ers: Brock Purdy (Last Week #6)
Brock Purdy was efficient but unspectacular, completing 21 of 28 passes for 159 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. The offense didn’t look super dynamic under his direction this week.
10. Arizona Cardinals: Kyler Murray (bye) (Last Week #13)
Kyler Murray’s full return from injury has been the most encouraging development of the season. While he’s still shaking off some rust, his dynamic playmaking ability is very much back.
9. Denver Broncos: Bo Nix (Last Week #17)
Believe it or not, Bo Nix is starting to look like he’s the future in Denver, putting up a flawless performance with 307 yards and four touchdowns while completing 85% of his passes in a blowout win over a good Falcons team.
8. Philadelphia Eagles: Jalen Hurts (Last Week #5)
After a rocky first half where he struggled with accuracy, Hurts bounced back in the second half to lead the Eagles to a critical NFC East victory. His 221 passing yards might not jump off the page, but his go-ahead rushing touchdown and leadership in the fourth quarter showed why he’s the heart and soul of this team.
7. Los Angeles Rams: Matthew Stafford (Last Week #12)
Veteran NFL quarterback Matthew Stafford continues to defy Father Time. With four touchdown passes and 295 yards, he climbed into the top 10 of the NFL’s all-time touchdown list and got a big W for the Rams.
6. Baltimore Ravens: Lamar Jackson (Last Week #1)
Lamar Jackson had one of his toughest outings of the season, completing 16 of 33 passes for 207 yards, one touchdown, and a costly interception, as his struggles against the Steelers continued.
5. Kansas City Chiefs: Patrick Mahomes (Last Week #2)
Not the best we’ve seen out of Patrick Mahomes, who did throw three touchdowns, but was held under 200 yards passing and surrendered two picks in the process.
4. Buffalo Bills: Josh Allen (Last Week #9)
Josh Allen delivered an MVP-worthy performance, throwing for 262 yards, one touchdown, and rushing for another, highlighted by his game-clinching 26-yard scramble on fourth and 2 to put Kansas City away for good.
3. Los Angeles Chargers: Justin Herbert (Last Week #4)
Justin Herbert was electric early, completing nine of his first ten passes, but he hit a rough patch, going 8-of-26 the rest of the way. That said, 297 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions is a winning formula.
2. Cincinnati Bengals: Joe Burrow (Last Week #3)
Another week and another impressive but fruitless performance from Joe Burrow, who once again tried to put the team on his back and came up just short despite over 350 yards passing and three touchdowns with no interceptions.
1. Detroit Lions: Jared Goff (Last Week #7)
Jared Goff put on a clinic. Four touchdowns, 412 yards, a perfect passer rating—he was unstoppable.
