It’s Week 3 of the 2024 NFL season, and we’re already seeing some teams come out firing on all cylinders while others are… well, struggling to find any kind of rhythm on offense.
We know how quickly things can change in the NFL. One week your team’s offense looks unstoppable, the next they can’t even manage a first down. But as we head into Week 4, we are starting to get a better sense of which teams are going to leave their fanbases screaming at the TV.
Now, how about we rank all 32 NFL starting offenses from worst to first based on their performances so far?
Which NFL teams had the best offense in the league after the third week of games?
32. Tennessee Titans (Last Week #27)
The Titans’ offense faltered from the outset on Sunday, in part due to Will Levis’s continued struggles with decision-making. His inconsistency seemed to be the main catalyst for the offensive issues, but the group wasn’t good across the board.
31. Chicago Bears (Last Week #31)
Chicago’s offense continues to disappoint. Despite having new pieces and a rookie QB, the growing pains are worse than expected. The Bears couldn’t get anything going against a mediocre Colts defense and turned the ball over when they did.

30. Indianapolis Colts (Last Week #26)
Indy’s offense left much to be desired this week against a strong Chicago defense. While their passing game sputtered, Jonathan Taylor carried the load, doing just enough to get the Colts the win.
29. Denver Broncos (Last Week #30)
The Broncos’ offense was more balanced and efficient on Sunday than we’ve seen so far. Bo Nix led a crisp opening drive, while Jaleel McLaughlin punched in a touchdown, allowing them to control the tempo against Tampa Bay.
28. Cleveland Browns (Last Week #25)
Cleveland’s offense showed flashes of life, with Watson throwing two second-half touchdowns, but overall, this group still looks lost. If they don’t resolve these issues soon, their playoff hopes will be in serious jeopardy.
27. Miami Dolphins (Last Week #15)
Without Tua, Miami’s offense was completely out of sync, managing just 205 total yards and a single field goal in a dismal 24 – 3 loss. They’ll need their QB back if they have any hope of turning things around.

26. Jacksonville Jaguars (Last Week #22)
Jacksonville’s offense was nonexistent. The ground game didn’t show up, and Lawrence’s receivers struggled to create separation. The Jags were an absolute disaster offensively, failing to find any rhythm.
25. New England Patriots (Last Week #23)
New England’s offense was awful on Thursday night, managing just 139 total yards and 11 first downs against a Jets defense that hasn’t been great. It was an ugly showing from start to finish.
24. New York Giants (Last Week #28)
Daniel Jones had a great first half, completing 17 of 19 passes and guiding the Giants to a 21-7 lead. However, the offense stalled in the second half, failing to score another point, which was enough to prevent them from climbing higher.
23. Las Vegas Raiders (Last Week #19)
Las Vegas’ offense was sluggish all game, especially in the run game, where they managed just 55 yards. Without a ground attack, the pressure fell on Minshew, who couldn’t find any rhythm.
22. Los Angeles Chargers (Last Week #16)
The Chargers’ offense looked out of sync from start to finish. Herbert’s limited mobility due to injury clearly hampered the team, and their running game was non-existent. In the end, they managed just 168 yards and 10 points.
21. Carolina Panthers (Last Week #32)
The Panthers’ offense finally came alive with the quarterback change. Scoring 36 points after being stagnant behind Bryce Young for two weeks, they found some rhythm and secured their first win.
20. Los Angeles Rams (Last Week #29)
Desperation was exactly what the Rams needed. Matthew Stafford and Kyren Williams teamed up for a big offensive performance, scoring 27 points to knock off the 49ers.
19. Dallas Cowboys (Last Week #20)
Dallas managed 25 points and 412 yards, but most of their offense came in garbage time as they were playing from behind. Their fourth-quarter surge wasn’t enough to save the day, leaving lingering questions about their consistency.
18. Pittsburgh Steelers (Last Week #21)
The Steelers’ offense took over late in the game, with the offensive line dominating and controlling the clock to seal the win. While the group hasn’t been spectacular this year, this was an impressive performance.
17. Philadelphia Eagles (Last Week #14)
Philly’s offense found its rhythm in the clutch moments, thanks to huge performances from Saquon Barkley and Dallas Goedert. Goedert had a career day, hauling in 170 yards on 10 receptions.
16. Washington Commanders (Last Week #24)
Washington’s offensive line kept Daniels upright and gave him the time needed to make big throws. The ground game and short passing attack were both effective, allowing them to rack up points in a shocking win.
15. Seattle Seahawks (Last Week #17)
Seattle’s offense came out hot with a 71-yard bomb to Metcalf in the first quarter. After scoring 17 points in the first, they cruised the rest of the way, content with their early lead.
14. Atlanta Falcons (Last Week #10)
Atlanta’s offense was solid but not spectacular in a tough matchup against the Chiefs. They moved the ball well at times but flattened out in the second half, ultimately coming up short.
13. Cincinnati Bengals (Last Week #18)
The Burrow-to-Chase connection was alive and well, but Cincinnati’s offense struggled to finish in the red zone. Despite Burrow’s two touchdown passes, they couldn’t keep up with Washington’s efficient attack.
12. Detroit Lions (Last Week #9)
The Lions’ offense looked sharp early but stalled completely in the second half, failing to score against the Cardinals. Luckily, their defense bailed them out, but the offense will need to step up moving forward.
11. Green Bay Packers (Last Week #13)
Green Bay’s offense came out swinging, dropping 17 points in the first quarter. Malik Willis played his best game as a pro, and the Packers finished with 30 points and nearly 400 yards of offense.
10. New York Jets (Last Week #12)
The Jets’ offense clicked on all cylinders in Week 3. Aaron Rodgers orchestrated long drives with surgical precision, racking up 400 yards and dominating time of possession in a huge win over New England.
9. San Francisco 49ers (Last Week #7)
Even without their top weapons, the Niners’ offense moved the ball effectively, with Juan Jennings catching three touchdown passes. Despite the loss, they put up 24 points in a valiant effort.
8. Arizona Cardinals (Last Week #3)
The Cardinals’ offense was a shell of its former self, managing just 13 points and 277 yards. It was a tough day for Kyler Murray and the Cards, who couldn’t replicate their prior success.
7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Last Week #4)
Tampa Bay’s offense couldn’t get into a rhythm, scoring just one touchdown against Denver. Rookie Bucky Irving had some nice runs, but most of their drives ended in frustration.
6. Baltimore Ravens (Last Week #11)
Baltimore’s offense was dominant on the ground, rushing for 274 yards and controlling the game with timely completions from Lamar Jackson. It was a gritty win powered by a balanced attack.
5. Houston Texans (Last Week #5)
Houston’s offense had its worst showing since drafting C.J. Stroud, managing just seven points and turning the ball over twice in a blowout loss to the Vikings.
4. Minnesota Vikings (Last Week #8)
Minnesota’s offense was sharp from start to finish, scoring on big plays and controlling the tempo. With Aaron Jones running wild and Sam Darnold tossing four touchdowns, the Vikings steamrolled to a blowout win.
3. Kansas City Chiefs (Last Week #6)
The Chiefs’ offense started slowly, failing to score in the first quarter, but once they got going, Mahomes and company were unstoppable. They came alive in the second quarter and never looked back.
2. New Orleans Saints (Last Week #1)
After a hot start, the Saints’ offense sputtered against the Eagles. Missed opportunities on critical downs and a lackluster performance by Carr contributed to a tough loss.
1. Buffalo Bills (Last Week #2)
Buffalo’s offense was firing on all cylinders, scoring on all five of their first-half drives and racking up 288 yards by halftime. It’s clear that this version of the Bills offense is dangerous, even without Stefon Diggs.
