Offense wins NFL games — or at least, that’s the plan. By Week 15, we’ve seen some teams light up the scoreboard with creativity and firepower while others have stumbled around like they’re still stuck in training camp.
So, let’s take a tour around the league and rank every NFL offense from worst to first!
Which NFL teams had the best-ranking offense after week 15?
32. Tennessee Titans: (Last Week #32)
While the offense looked better with Mason Rudolph under center, there is still not a lot to be excited about with the way that they played this week.
31. New York Giants: (Last Week #30)
Penalties, missed reads, and an inability to protect the quarterback turned this into a slow-motion train wreck. Malik Nabers was the lone bright spot with 10 catches for 82 yards, but it’s hard to celebrate that when the offense is so lifeless.
30. Las Vegas Raiders: (Last Week #29)

The Raiders offense has been completely lost all NFL season, and though they fought during Week 15, it was no exception.
29. Indianapolis Colts: (Last Week #28)
Anthony Richardson’s struggles through the air didn’t help, and Adonai Mitchell’s trick-play disaster was the cherry on top of a sloppy sundae. The early 10-0 lead felt like a mirage; this offense collapsed under its own mistakes.
28. Cleveland Browns: (Last Week #24)
Cleveland’s offense couldn’t get anything going on Sunday against a strong KC defense. They managed just seven points in the loss.
27. San Francisco 49ers: (Last Week #20)
The rain made offense hard to come by, but this was about more than the weather. The Niners had no juice, no rhythm, no answers.

26. Atlanta Falcons: (Last Week #27)
The Falcons offense has been extremely disappointing for most of this year, but they rallied well against Vegas.
25. New England Patriots: (Last Week #22)
New England really struggled offensively this week. The 311 total yards are misleading—it was mostly empty calories after the game was out of reach.
24. Jacksonville Jaguars: (Last Week #31)
The Jags opened with a touchdown drive for the first time in forever and looked like they might actually pull off a rare back-to-back win, but stalled out a bit as the game wore on.
23. Chicago Bears: (Last Week #23)
Chicago’s offense picked it up a little bit late, but this NFL team couldn’t get anything of substance going against a tough Minnesota defense on Monday Night Football. They were shut out in the first half and could barely get a pulse going, even once the game was well out of reach.
22. Pittsburgh Steelers: (Last Week #16)
The Steelers’ offense came out flat in a big way in this prove-it matchup. No Pickens, a stagnant passing game, and a run game that couldn’t pick up the slack.
21. New Orleans Saints: (Last Week #25)
For a unit led by two rookie quarterbacks, the Saints offense didn’t quit. Alvin Kamara’s 21-yard touchdown catch on a trick play was a thing of beauty, and Rattler shockingly sparked life into a flatlining offense.
20. Carolina Panthers: (Last Week #21)
This NFL team’s offense was a one-dimensional mess. Bryce Young’s 83-yard bomb to Jalen Coker was a glimmer of hope but beyond that? Nothing but mistakes and misfires.
19. Seattle Seahawks: (Last Week #14)
Things are starting to look dire for the Seattle attack. This unit needs Geno to be healthy and have a lot more consistency if they want to keep pace in the NFC West.
18. Kansas City Chiefs: (Last Week #17)
It was not exactly a fireworks display, but the Chiefs didn’t need one. Mahomes and company took advantage of short fields, with touchdowns to JuJu Smith-Schuster and Noah Gray.
17. Washington Commanders: (Last Week #15)
Washington’s offense was good but not great in week 15 in the NFL. They will need to raise their level if they want to compete at playoff time.
16. Dallas Cowboys: (Last Week #19)
The Cowboys’ offense started slow but finished like a freight train with 410 total yards and three touchdown passes from Cooper Rush.
15. New York Jets: (Last Week #26)
For the first time all season, the Jets offense hit 30 points, and it felt like an overdue exhale.
14. Los Angeles Chargers: (Last Week #13)
Tough afternoon for the Chargers offensively. The run game was non-existent, with just 32 rushing yards, and once they fell behind, it was all downhill.
13. Houston Texans: (Last Week #12)
The ground game was a non-starter with Joe Mixon getting bottled up for 23 yards, but when your defense hands you short fields, you don’t need fireworks—just efficiency, which the unit delivered.
12. Arizona Cardinals: (Last Week #18)
The Cardinals offense regained its form in week 15 in the NFL against an admittedly weak New England defense, racking up 30 points in the win.
11. Miami Dolphins: (Last Week #7)
The Dolphins offense really struggled in Week 15 while missing both starting tackles. Tua was under siege all game, and the Texans made him pay.
10. Los Angeles Rams: (Last Week #3)
The Rams offense went from scorching hot to ice cold this week, but they managed just enough in the form of four field goals to get the win.
9. Denver Broncos: (Last Week #8)
The offense felt like it was running on fumes at times, but credit to this NFL team for putting just enough gas in the tank when needed.
8. Philadelphia Eagles: (Last Week #11)
Jalen Hurts took to the air, connecting with his star receivers early and often. A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith both went over 100 yards, and Saquon Barkley did enough on the ground to keep Pittsburgh honest, as they racked up 27 points in the easy win.
7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: (Last Week #9)
This was the kind of offensive explosion Buccaneers fans have been waiting for. Over 500 total yards, 223 of those on the ground, and not a single punt in 10 possessions? That’s clinical execution.
6. Baltimore Ravens: (Last Week #10)
The Ravens piled up 445 yards and made it look easy. This is the kind of offense that strikes fear into potential NFL playoff opponents.
5. Minnesota Vikings: (Last Week #6)
Minnesota continues to cook offensively, as they bullied the Bears D on Monday Night. There were a couple of sloppy stretches, but let’s face it, they were under zero duress against Chicago.
4. Green Bay Packers: (Last Week #5)
Four straight scoring drives in the first half? Yeah, this NFL team’s offense was cooking. Josh Jacobs pounded the rock for 94 yards and a touchdown, and Jordan Love spread the wealth to keep Seattle guessing.
3. Cincinnati Bengals: (Last Week #4)
Thirty-seven points and 370 yards of total offense marked another impressive showing from a Bengals offense that has really had to carry the load for their team this year.
2. Detroit Lions: (Last Week #2)
This offense did their part and then some, putting up 42 points. Goff was slinging it, Amon-Ra St. Brown was making magic, and even Dan Skipper, an offensive lineman, got in on the touchdown action.
1. Buffalo Bills: (Last Week #1)
Forty-eight points. Eight straight games scoring 30-plus. This offense is a high-octane, pedal-to-the-floor operation in the truest sense of the expression.
