29. Las Vegas Raiders
The Raiders offense was not able to get anything going against a strong Chargers defense in Week 18.
28. Pittsburgh Steelers

Brandon Aubrey was money, drilling four field goals to keep Dallas in the hunt, but it isn’t usually a great sign when the kicker is the headliner for an offense. Rico Dowdle managed to punch in a 2-yard touchdown run, but the offense’s red-zone woes were glaring. In a game of inches, failing to capitalize on scoring opportunities was the difference-maker.
22. New Orleans Saints
