With the conclusion of Monday Night Football, we are on to Week 4. After this week’s slate, there are quite a few shake-ups in the offensive rankings. Let’s take a look at where every NFL team’s offense stacks up through four games.
32. New England Patriots (Last Week #29)
The Patriots offense couldn’t have looked much worse this week against an admittedly tough Dallas defense. They managed to score 3 points matching their number of turnovers on the afternoon.
31. Atlanta Falcons (Last Week #24)
With the exception of Bijan Robinson, the rest of the Falcons offense may as well have not even gotten on the plane to London. Drake London and Kyle Pitts get a little bit of a pass with how much Desmond Ridder has struggled to get the ball downfield, but still, a terrible showing across the board.
30. Cincinnati Bengals (Last Week #23)
The Bengals offense has looked stunningly bad this season and this week it somehow got worse. Cinci managed just three points against Baltimore and it may officially be panic button time.

29. Las Vegas Raiders (Last Week #25)
The Raiders offense surprisingly didn’t take that big of a step back in Aidan O’Connell’s first NFL start… Unfortunately, they were already pretty far in the red thus far in 2023.
28. New York Giants (Last Week #28)
The Giants offense looked okay on Monday Night Football, but once again, Daniel Jones struggled to protect the football and stretch the field as a passer. It seemed like any time the New York offense started to get some rhythm, it felt like an untimely interception cost them. The Giants need to find some more consistent fire power if they want to climb the rankings.
27. New Orleans Saints (Last Week #22)
The Saints offense was downright anemic this week in an important NFC South matchup with the Buccaneers. Derek Carr looked to still be affected by that shoulder injury and was completely unable to create any opportunities for New Orleans’ talented skill-position guys to make plays.
26. Cleveland Browns (Last Week #18)
The Browns were flying high off their Week 3 win and Deshaun Watson’s vintage performance, but with him being a late scratch this week, the entire team looked out of sorts. Cleveland looked terrible on offense with Dorian Thompson-Robinson under center.
25. Pittsburgh Steelers (Last Week #19)
Week 4 was a big step back for a Steelers offense that seemed to be heading in the right direction last week. They managed just six points against a mediocre Texans team and lost Kenny Pickett to a knee injury.
24. Chicago Bears (Last Week #29)
The Bears offense played great this week putting up 28 points, but considering it came against a weak Broncos defense, in a loss, and their track record to this point—it is going to take more than one good game to make any significant moves in the power rankings.
23. Carolina Panthers (Last Week #13)
Carolina’s offense took a big tumble after a strong showing last week with Bryce Young getting slotted back into the action. The Panthers scored just 13 points and managed 232 total yards against a relatively weak Vikings defense.
22. New York Jets (Last Week #32)
After a terrible start to the game, the Jets offense came alive against the Chiefs and seemed to rally around a strong showing from Zach Wilson. Unfortunately for New York, the wheels came off at the end with an untimely fumble, but for the first time in weeks, there is a glimmer of hope for the Jets.
21. Indianapolis Colts (Last Week #21)
The Colts offense looked solid in Anthony Richardson’s return to action against the Rams. After going into the half down 20-0, the Colts rallied back to force overtime, nearly stealing a win.
20. Arizona Cardinals (Last Week #12)
Arizona had its work cut out for it against a nasty 49ers defense, scoring just 16 points. This one was never particularly close so they’re rightfully getting docked in the rankings, but an A for effort!
19. Green Bay Packers (Last Week #16)
Green Bay’s offense struggled to find any rhythm against a Lions defense that was absolutely buzzing on Thursday Night Football. They should, however, have a chance to bounce back next week and make some ground back up in the rankings against a weak Raiders team.
18. Washington Commanders (Last Week #29)
Washington’s offense wasn’t the problem this week, as Sam Howell, Terry McLaurin, and the boys showed out against a tough Philadelphia defense. They ultimately came up just short, losing in overtime, but 31 points against Philly is a strong showing for that young offense.
17. Denver Broncos (Last Week #27)
After looking out of wack through the first three weeks of the season, the Denver Broncos finally put up some points this week against an admittedly terrible Chicago defense.
16. Tennessee Titans (Last Week #26)
Tennessee balled out against Cleveland this week. It was a vintage Titans win. They played bully ball, dominating the Browns at the Lion of scrimmage and running the ball all over them, totaling 173 yards on the ground in the 27-3 win.
15. Minnesota Vikings (Last Week #9)
The Vikings finally got their first win of the season, coincidentally in what was likely their worst offensive performance of the year. That said, Minnesota has enough talent offensively to have a little staying power, so we are only dropping them six spots.
14. Los Angeles Rams (Last Week #10)
The Rams’ offense looked good, but not great in their overtime win against the Colts. That said, they’ve done a nice job of treading water while Cooper Kupp recovers from his hamstring injury.
13. Jacksonville Jaguars (Last Week #20)
Jacksonville’s offense took a big step forward this week in tough circumstances, squaring off against a good Falcons defense across the pond. There is still room for improvement, but Trevor Lawrence looks to be finding a steady connection with Christian Kirk, who had his second strong performance in a row, catching eight passes for 84 yards.
12. Houston Texans (Last Week #11)
The Houston Texans offense has been one of the biggest surprises of this young season. C.J. Stroud led them to a 30-6 win over Pittsburgh and Nico Collins is looking like a budding star. Stroud connected with him seven times for 168 yards and two touchdowns.
11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Last Week #17)
The Buccaneers offense looked extremely competent this week against a good Saints defense. Baker Mayfield was making good decisions and caught fire with Chris Godwin, who caught eight passes for 114 yards in the 26-9 victory.
10. Seattle Seahawks (Last Week #6)
DK Metcalf looked great early on in the game and the Seahawks offense got into a nice little groove against a solid Giants defense, but with the dubious cloud now surrounding Geno Smith’s health, it may be time to sell high on Seattle’s offense.
9. Baltimore Ravens (Last Week #14)
The Ravens offense was humming this week against a Bengals defense that has looked really strong up until this point. Lamar was killing them on the ground and through the air as they cruised to an easy W.
8. Dallas Cowboys (Last Week #15)
The Dallas offense was a bit of an afterthought with how their defense played this week, but we have to give them some credit, after all, they did drop 38 on a Bill Belichick defense.
7. Los Angeles Chargers (Last Week #5)
Los Angeles didn’t look quite as crisp as it did last week, but they are still one of the top offenses in the league. They scored 24 in the first half alone, even without Mike Williams, but they would be wise to keep their foot on the gas next time, as this one almost slipped away at the end.
6. Miami Dolphins (Last Week #1)
Facing a tough Buffalo defense on the road, Miami clearly didn’t have the same sizzle as it did against Denver, but we can’t drop the Fins too far after one mediocre showing, after all, they’ve been the most explosive offense in the league by far thus far.
5. Kansas City Chiefs (Last Week #4)
The Chiefs were sloppy on offense on Sunday Night Football, yes, but it was against a strong Jets defense. At this point, they are still a top five offense for sure. It will take more than one sketchy showing for them to drop any further than this.
4. Detroit Lions (Last Week #8)
Detroit’s offense looked scarily good against the Packers on Thursday Night Football. David Montgomery was running like a man possessed and Sam LaPorta has quietly established himself as one of the top pass-catching tight ends in the game.
3. Philadelphia Eagles (Last Week #7)
After a week of discussing the tush push, the Eagles offense came out a little flat this week, but came alive in the second half against Washington forcing overtime, where they edged the Commanders out, 34-31.
This week was really a testament to how strong Philly’s offense is because they scored 34 points, won, and people are talking about them like this week was a disappointment.
2. San Francisco 49ers (Last Week #2)
The 49ers have been unreal offensively this year. Christian McCaffrey has established himself as an early front-runner for MVP and Brock Purdy is doing everything Kyle Shanahan could want him to.
What makes the Niners offense so scary is how many ways they can beat you. They scored 35 points with Deebo Samuel and George Kittle combining for one reception the entire game.
1. Buffalo Bills. (Last Week #3)
Buffalo’s offense looks like it is really starting to take form. Josh Allen is starting to look like an MVP candidate again and the two tight end scheme with Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox is really giving opposing defenses trouble.
Perhaps most importantly, Allen and Stefon Diggs are back on the same page. The two connected six times in the 48-point outburst against Miami, for 120 yards and three touchdowns!
