What a week of NFL football it was. Let’s take a look around the league and see where every team’s offense ranks.
32. New York Jets (Last Week #32)
Every week the Jets do the unthinkable and take the bar even lower than they’ve done the week before. New York’s offense was a complete disgrace against Buffalo, proving that there are more infrastructural problem beyond just Zach Wilson.
31. New England Patriots (Last Week #31)
Once again, it is an ugly showing from the New England Patriots on offense. Mac Jones was benched at the half, but it wasn’t much better with Bailey Zapp under center either. The Patriots only managed to score seven points against the lowly Giants defense.
30. Carolina Panthers (Last Week #30)
The Titans were looking broken-spirited up until this week when they had the good fortune of facing the Panthers. The Carolina offense couldn’t get anything going and finished with just 10 points and 258 total yards as it fell to one and 10.

29. New York Giants (Last Week #29)
New York may have won this week, but it wasn’t all rainbow and sunshine, particularly on the offensive side of the ball.
The Giants were likely pleased with the modest, but effective performance from Tommy DeVito, who completed 17 of 25 for 191 yards and a TD with no interceptions, but when your unit manages just 10 points against the two and nine Patriots, it is tough to make a case to move you up.
28. Pittsburgh Steelers (Last Week #26)
Another winning effort from Pittsburgh—no thanks to the offense. Kenny Pickett and co. were still underwhelming even after the Matt Canada firing. Maybe the offensive woes weren’t all their former offensive coordinator’s fault after all.
27. Las Vegas Raiders (Last Week #25)
Las Vegas got off to a hot start on Sunday against a good Chiefs defense, unfortunately, the offense fell apart after going up 14 to 0 and the Raiders were outscored 31 to three from that point on.
26. Tennessee Titans (Last Week #27)
It was good to see Derrick Henry get in the end zone a couple of times for old-time’s sake, but it still looks like something is up with this Titans offense. Tennessee didn’t move the ball with much consistency against a generally weak Carolina defense.
25. Cincinnati Bengals (Last Week #13)
As it turns out, the Bengals offense does not look great without their star quarterback, Joe Burrow. Interestingly, it was more so the run game than the Jake Browning led passing attack that disappointed for Cincinnati, as the Bengals finished with a pathetic 25 rushing yards in the loss.
24. Washington Commanders (Last Week #15)
After getting embarrassed by the Giants the week prior, Washington rolled into Dallas and got pummeled by the Cowboys on Thanksgiving. Sam Howell managed to total 300 yards, but the Commanders only squeaked out 10 points in the blowout loss.
23. Arizona Cardinals (Last Week #21)
The Cardinals took a big step backward this week against the Los Angeles Rams. Kyler got in the end zone early, but after that—there wasn’t much of anything happening for them offensively.
22. Cleveland Browns (Last Week #16)
The Browns may be seven and three, but this looks like it could in trouble heading into the stretch run of the season with their offense as it is. Granted, much of it was out of their control with Deshaun Watson getting hurt, but the group looks completely ineffective with Dorian Thompson-Robinson playing quarterback.
21. Chicago Bears (Last Week #24)
Regardless of what they decide to do at the top of the draft next year, there is no denying that the Bears offense looks much better with Justin Fields back under center. That said, there is still room for improvement as a unit.
20. New Orleans Saints (Last Week #19)
The Saints offense moved the ball well Sunday against the Falcons, but they really struggled in the red zone—hence 444 total yards resulting in just 15 points (five field goals) in the backbreaking loss.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Last Week #20)
Mike Evans continues to impress, despite the dysfunction that appears to have infected the rest of the Tampa Bay offense. Baker hasn’t been terrible, but he can’t seem to put together a full outing, as his play is still too inconsistent.
18. Indianapolis Colts (Last Week #22)
The Colts offense isn’t perfect with Gardner Minshew, but it is exciting to watch—and they find ways to get it done. Indy begged, borrowed, and stole its way to 27 points, just under 400 yards of a total offense, and a big home win to put them firmly in the AFC Wild Card picture.
17. Atlanta Falcons (Last Week #18)
The Falcons got a huge win this week against New Orleans that put them back in a better position in the NFC South. Atlanta was impressive on the ground, finishing with 228 yards, but the passing attack faltered again.
Desmond Ridder leaves a lot to be desired at quarterback, but at a minimum, he has to find a way to protect the football better than he did against the Saints.
16. Green Bay Packers (Last Week #23)
It is unclear what has gotten into Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers, but they are playing good, offensive football of late. They backed up their big outing against the Chargers by scoring 29 points and upsetting the Detroit Lions at home on Thanksgiving.
15. Seattle Seahawks (Last Week #14)
Pete Carroll’s offense was a big disappointment this week, as Geno Smith and the Seahawks came out completely flat against the 49ers. San Francisco does have a great defense, but when you are at home and supposed to be a legitimate playoff team, you have to find a way to accumulate more than 220 yards in a critical divisional matchup.
13. Denver Broncos (Last Week #17)
It is starting to look like Sean Payton and Russell Wilson have found something in Denver after a terrible start to the season. The Broncos rattled off yet another win—and the offense managed to score 29 points against a Cleveland defense that has been among the best all season.
11. Minnesota Vikings (Last Week #12)
Minnesota had a bit of a cupcake with the Bears on Monday Night Football, but the offense has continued to impress despite the myriad of key injuries.
14. Los Angeles Chargers (Last Week #11)
Wow, was the Chargers defense ever hard to watch on Sunday Night Football. L.A. couldn’t protect the football at all against Baltimore. It is crazy that with all that star power they can’t string together more than a handful of competent drives per game.
12. Los Angeles Rams (Last Week #28)
Cooper Kupp appeared to be limited this week despite there being no injury designation listed ahead of the contest… Nevertheless, the Los Angeles offense powered through and kept the team’s season alive by dropping 37 points and over 450 yards of offense on the Arizona Cardinals.
10. Houston Texans (Last Week #8)
Houston’s offense has developed nicely with C.J. Stroud under center. The presumed Rookie of the Year connected with three separate receivers for 5+ receptions and they kept the Jaguars defense on their heels all game.
9. Detroit Lions (Last Week #1)
It feels like Dan Campbell’s Lions might’ve overlooked the Packers on Thanksgiving, as Detroit suffered a shocking loss at the hands of their NFC North rival. Safe to say that very few people expected Jordan Love to outplay Jared Goff in the way that he did.
8. Buffalo Bills (Last Week #9)
Buffalo may have lost this week, but it finally looked better on offense, mixing in a number of effective run plays that really opened things up for Josh Allen. Perhaps Ken Dorsey was the problem after all.
7. Baltimore Ravens (Last Week #5)
Baltimore was a little bit inconsistent on offense this week considering they are supposed to be a legitimate Super Bowl contender. John Harbaugh made more than a couple of questionable calls, including the direct snap on 4th down that bypassed Lamar Jackson for some reason.
6. Jacksonville Jaguars (Last Week #7)
Trevor Lawrence is looking much healthier now and it is showing for the Jaguars. They converted over 50% of its 3rd down attempts and put up nearly 450 yards against Houston on the road.
5. Miami Dolphins (Last Week #10)
The Dolphins offense was electric this week—despite playing a tough Jets defense on the road. Miami was led yet again by Tua and Tyreek Hill, as the duo connected nine times for 102 yards and a touchdown.
4. Kansas City Chiefs (Last Week #4)
After a slow start, the Chiefs really came alive in Week 12 against the Raiders. They were shut out in the first quarter then preceded to score 31 points and notch 360 yards of total offense.
3. San Francisco 49ers (Last Week #3)
Seattle looked like mincemeat for Brock Purdy and the 49ers this week. It wasn’t just their franchise quarterback doing damage though, the San Francisco rushing attack was extremely effective and Christian McCaffrey had another insane game, finishing with 139 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns.
2. Philadelphia Eagles (Last Week #6)
What else is there to say about Jalen Hurts and this Philadelphia Eagles offense at this point. Every time the going gets tough, this group bands together and makes a run. The Birds were surgical in picking apart the Buffalo defense in their epic overtime Week 12 win.
1. Dallas Cowboys (Last Week #2)
Once again, it came against a downtrodden opponent, but at this point, we have no choice but to respect the Cowboys offense—at least for the time being.
It isn’t just the counting numbers that are impressive either. Dak has been making some ridiculous plays that have Dallas looking like contenders.
