Tensions are already high at Arrowhead Stadium.
Last time the Raiders visited Kansas City, they escaped with a victory. THEN, after the game, they reportedly took a victory lap around Arrowhead Stadium, just to rub it in.
Fast forward one year later, and the Raiders are still pulling their disrespectful antics. This time, prior to today’s week 14 meeting in KC, the entire Raiders went to midfield and stood on the Chiefs’ logo before making their way back to the locker room at the conclusion of their pregame warmups.
The cockiness didn’t work out well for the Raiders, as the team fumbled the ball on the first play of the game and it was returned for a touchdown by the Chiefs.
Not the best idea to give your rival any additional motivation before a huge divisional game.
