It’s 2021 and rapper Nicki Minaj has the White House responding to her claim that she was invited there to discuss COVID-19 vaccines. On Thursday, Biden administration officials doubled down by saying they had only “an early-stage call” with Minaj to answer her questions about vaccine safety.
Minaj has been in the news since she expressed her doubts about COVID vaccines after telling a story of her cousin’s friend’s swollen testicles.
She also added on her Instagram story, “Y’all gotta stop pretending to love people with backbones,” she wrote in an Instagram Story late Wednesday. “If Malcolm X were here, he’d be asking questions & most of y’all that holler ‘black lives matter’ & ‘protect black women’ would be telling him to shut-UP & fall in line. Y’all say these ppl’s names but embody the spirit of a coward.”
That was a statement that Rachel Bush agreed to as she replied to it on Twitter.
“She is right. 100%. The left side of this generation shames questions. Questions are how you stay safe. Questions are a huge part of science. Questions are how we continue to have positive growth. If you don’t ask questions you’ll end up in trouble.”
