Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White has offered fans an update on his condition following reports of an injury in practice.
White, according to Rick Stroud of The Tampa Bay Times, “buckled and fell without contact and came up limping” during practice and Sunday.
The RB has since taken to Twitter to claim he’s fine.
“I am fine,” he wrote, adding a laughing emoji. “Relax I’m fine.”
Bucs head coach Todd Bowles also insists White is unhurt, with Jay Recher of 95.3 WDAE reporting as much as he’s quoted Bowles in saying “It probably scared him more than anything else.”

Tampa Bay must have been just as fearful given how much they depend on the player, who will be asked to take on a bigger role in the offense next season. The 24-year-old began his career with the team playing behind Leonard Fournette and was used sparingly at first before making progress from the backfield.
White recorded 519 of his 771 yards in the last eight games of the regular season in 2022, rushing for 77 in the Bucs’ playoff loss to the Dallas Cowboys in the first round.
Given Fournette’s departure, the former Arizona state star is now the top man in the running back department, ahead of Chase Edmonds and Ke’Shawn Vaughn.
