On Thursday night, the New York Jets faced off against the Atlanta Falcons in the second preseason games for both teams.
In the first half of that contest, Quinnen Williams was finally unleashed to do what he does best, and that was rush the quarterback.
The #3 overall draft pick used his opportunity to absolutely destroy a Falcons’ offensive lineman who never had a chance to block him.
Five-year NFL veteran Jamon Brown was simply overcome by the sheer power of Williams.
Brown stepping on his fellow o-lineman did not help, Williams was clearly already winning that matchup before that actually happened.
If Williams can make an impact like this during 16 games next season, it can only spell good things for the defense going forward.
