QB Trevor Siemian Looks To Have Suffered Gruesome Leg Injury Against Browns (VIDEO)

Trevor Siemian’s 2019 season is likely over after suffering a gruesome leg injury.

The injury happened in the first half when Myles Garrett tackled him down to the ground.
