While President Joe Biden visited Kentucky to assess tornado damage, he met a Green Bay Packers fan and delivered a message for Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Tell that quarterback he’s got to get the vaccine,” Biden said to the Packers fan.
It was last month when Rodgers became the subject of controversy when it was revealed that him saying he was “immunized” against the virus did not mean he had gotten the shot. The Green Bay quarterback tested positive for COVID-19 and revealed that he had not in fact received his vaccination shots.
The reigning NFL MVP called out attacks from the “woke mob” regarding his vaccination status.
“I’m not some sort of anti-vax, flat-earther,” Rodgers said during an appearance with The Pat McAfee Show last month. “I believe strongly in bodily autonomy and the ability to make choices for your body, not to have to acquiesce to some sort of woke culture or crazed individuals who say you have to do something.”
Rodgers said he did not receive a vaccine because he was allergic to an ingredient in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, and he was concerned about side effects from the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Rodgers has stuck to his guns and has not gotten the vaccine and likely will not.
