Possible Homicide After Burned Body Found In M&T Bank Stadium Parking Lot (VIDEO)

This is just horrific.

Baltimore City Fire and Police are currently on scene investigating a possible homicide inside of a portable bathroom outside of M&T Bank Stadium where the Baltimore Ravens play.

The incident is said to have happened in lot H near gate B.
