A sports reporter with a similar name to Myles Garrett became the target of social media when the Cleveland Browns defensive end snatched Mason Rudolph’s helmet off and hit him with it, causing him to get ejected.
Miles Garrett of Indiana’s WSBT-TV would soon take to Twitter and post several screenshots of people mistaking him for the actual football player, who found out he was being suspended indefinitely for his actions on Thursday night.
The reporter actually went along with it and aplogized for hitting Rudolph.
At least, he had some fun with it.
