Dallas Cowboys star Ezekiel Elliott is reportedly facing a lawsuit after his dogs allegedly attacked a pool cleaner in Texas a few months ago.
The unknown woman in the lawsuit that she went to the running back’s home in Frisco to clean his pool on March 11 and was “ambushed” by three dogs, TMZ Sports reported Friday. Elliott has a Rottweiler and two bulldogs.
TMZ Sports has obtained pictures of the injuries a pool cleaner alleges she suffered and they are quite gruesome.
The woman claims the dogs bit her several times and that she needed surgery to repair her forearm. TMZ added the woman is seeking damages between $200,000 and $999,999.
“Our client has been out of work since the incident happened in March,” the woman’s attorneys at Gardner Haas in Dallas, Texas tells us, “and the attack has scarred her for life — both physically and mentally.”
“Our client attempted to resolve this matter out of court, providing a description of what happened and pictures of her injuries, but Elliott didn’t bother to respond.”
Elliott’s attorney tells TMZ, “Ezekiel was in no way negligent in connection with the alleged incident and intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit.”
