Antonio Brown seriously does not want to go to jail.
With an arrest warrant in hand, Florida police arrived at Antonio Brown’s Tampa Bay residence on Dec. 1st to take him into custody. Six days later and police are still outside his residence waiting for him to come out they can put him behind bars.
According to League of Justice, there has been a steady police presence outside of Brown’s house since last Thursday as authorities believe he is still inside the home.
“Police sources tell League of Justice that there has been a steady police presence outside of Brown’s home since Thursday and they believe he is still inside his home, passively refusing to surrender,” a report from legal analyst Amy Dash read.
“Police say there is no other option except for Brown to either be arrested or turn himself in. The warrant will remain active. However, sources say that Brown does not seem ready to do that yet.”

Police are looking to arrest Brown on a misdemeanor battery charge, according to to warrant information on the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office’s website.
The former NFL WR is accused of threatening the mother of his children, including threatening to shoot her. He allegedly threw her belongings out in the street during the alleged altercation.
