When it comes to the worst stadiums in the National Football League, fans can be quite impartial when it comes to their favorite team, but players feel differently, and it looks like fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers will not be happy to see this most recent poll.
A recent poll conducted by The Athletic ranked Acrisure Stadium among the worst among National Football League players.
When asked to explain why, one anonymous player said: “I would say Pittsburgh because it smells like [expletive] in their locker room.” With another adding, “Even though it’s my vibe: tough. It’s just always gray and [expletive] weather there.”
Unfortunately for the Dallas Cowboys, they will be the next team to endure the conditions as they travel to face the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night.
When it came to the number one worst one, that distinction would go to Green Bay’s Lambeau Field, as it received 16.8 percent of the votes in the poll.
New York ranked third in the voting, mostly because the Jets and Giants actually play in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and players are too far away from New York to enjoy the city.
The Steelers are 3-1 so far this year, with one of their victories coming at home.

Pittsburgh Steelers Stadium Also Listed As Worst In The League For Families
The Pittsburgh Steelers’ Acrisure Stadium is getting bad press from everywhere this year.
In a recent poll conducted by The Athletic, their stadium was named one of the worst road trips among National Football League players.
Unfortunately for them, that wasn’t it as the stadium ranked as the No. 10 most expensive for a family day out, according to Action Network.
The following is a look at the statistics compiled by Action Network that decided the ranking for the Pittsburgh Steelers:
- $508.16 for four tickets
- $19.10 for two beers
- $14.38 for two soft drinks
- $27.16 for four hot dogs
- $34.12 for parking
Child admission policy: Must have tickets
Total: $602.92
This is not a good look, but it has never stopped Pittsburgh Steelers fans from showing up, whether at the stadium or at another one on the road.
