For the Steelers, Russell Wilson will start as the quarterback. Najee Harris will take on the running back role, ready to make some big moves on the ground. George Pickens and Van Jefferson are lined up as the wide receivers, looking to make some noise in the passing game. Tight end Pat Freiermuth will be there to catch those important passes, while Dan Moore Jr. will be holding it down at offensive tackle, keeping the protection tight for Wilson.
On the Bengals’ side, Joe Burrow will be the quarterback. Chase Brown will take care of things in the backfield as a running back, looking to power through the defense. Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cincinnati Bengals: Injuries Update
For the Steelers, there are a few players to keep an eye on. Cornerback Cory Trice Jr. won’t be playing due to a hamstring issue, and the team has listed linebacker Alex Highsmith as doubtful after limited practice with an ankle problem. Defensive tackle Montravius Adams is also out with a knee injury. Some players are just taking rest days, like guard Isaac Seumalo and defensive tackles Cameron Heyward and Larry Ogunjobi. Safety Damontae Kazee, who’s been battling an illness, was back to full participation on Friday, and defensive tackle Keeanu Benton seems to be good to go after some limited practice for his hip.
For the Bengals, linebacker Joe Bachie looks ready to go after limited practice all week. Offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. is questionable with a fibula injury but managed to get in some full practices. Quarterback Joe Burrow is all set, practicing fully all week after dealing with a wrist issue. Wide receiver Tee Higgins has been listed with non-injury-related rest but is expected to play. Wide receiver Charlie Jones didn’t practice on Friday due to a groin issue and is doubtful. Defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins didn’t practice all week because of an illness, so he’s questionable. Lastly, linebacker Logan Wilson won’t be playing, as he’s out with a knee problem.
