Social media is pissed off after a fan shared a photo of his obstructed view for Sunday’s game between the Washington Commanders and Pittsburgh Steelers at Northwest Stadium.
Jayden Daniels and the 7-2 Washington Commanders are looking to keep their momentum going against Russell Wilson and the surging Pittsburgh Steelers (6-2) in a battle of two division leaders.
During the game, X/Twitter use @sixringsofsteel shared a photo of their obstructed view at Northwest Stadium. The fan also shared a graphic of the view they thought they were getting, and let’s just say that SeatGeek has some explaining to do:
This viral post led to plenty of outrage from football fans. Even the rival TickPick company couldn’t help but chip in on the matter:

On the bright side, SeatGeek’s customer service team saw the post and promised to correct the matter. At the same time, the Washington Commanders’ ticket sales department might want to explain what in the world is going on here.
Northwest Stadium, previously known as FedExField, is widely regarded as the worst stadium in the NFL. Washington owner Josh Harris is working on a new stadium, having recently stated that 2030 is a “reasonable target.”
From infrastructure problems to the stadium location (a well-documented issue for folks who use the public transit system) to the awful field quality, the Washington Commanders’ tenure at Northwest Stadium cannot end soon enough.
Washington Commanders Have Been NFL’s Biggest Surprise
Expectations were minimal for a young Washington team that brought in a new head coach, general manager and rookie quarterback this year. But Washington has defied expectations up to this point, sitting atop the NFC East with a 7-2 record.
The Commanders haven’t won a playoff game since the 2005 season, and they’ve only made the postseason thrice since 2008. But with the way Daniels is playing, Washington’s painful playoff win drought may finally come to an end this year.
