Social media detectives wasted no time identifying the book AJ Brown was reading on the Eagles bench during their win over the Packers on Sunday.
The Eagles are through to the Divisional Round after a 22-10 win. But Brown didn’t have much to do with it, making just one catch for 10 yards on the night.
Brown, one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, knows he’s worth a lot more than a first down, and after Jalen Hurts missed him for an easy score, he pulled out a book and began reading on the bench.

Of course, everyone wanted to know what Brown was reading. After all, we don’t think anyone can say they’ve seen this before.
Fortunately, social media came to the rescue, with several accounts noting that the player was reading from Jim Murphy’s ‘Inner Excellence,’ which instructs on how to “Train Your Mind for Extraordinary Performance and the Best Possible Life.”
