New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll displayed a remarkable body transformation during today’s meeting with reporters.
Brian Daboll is entering his third season as head coach of the Giants as they look to bounce back from a frustrating 6-11 season. With the 2024 NFL Draft in the books, the Giants are now getting their rookies ready for minicamp with OTA offseason workouts just around the corner.
When Daboll spoke to reporters on Friday, several folks noticed that the third-year head coach has lost a ton of weight
Daboll told reporters back in December that he was on a diet after being asked if he had tried out the family chicken cutlets made by Tommy DeVito’s family.
The Giants have endured quite the roster shakeup this offseason. They let superstar running back Saquon Barkley (signed with the Philadelphia Eagles) and standout safety Xavier McKinney (signed with the Green Bay Packers) walk in free agency.

But general manager Joe Schoen made a significant splash by acquiring superstar pass-rusher Brian Burns from the Carolina Panthers. Burns then agreed to a five-year contract extension worth $150 million.
The Giants also selected LSU star Malik Nabers with the No. 6 pick, snagging a new No. 1 wide receiver for Daniel Jones. Nabers should immediately improve a New York offense that hasn’t had a 1,000-yard receiver since Odell Beckham Jr. in 2018.
Brian Daboll & Giants Could Surprise In 2024

The Giants surprised two years ago by sneaking in as the No. 6 seed in the NFC with a 9-7-1 record before upsetting the Minnesota Vikings on Wild Card Weekend. If Daniel Jones stays healthy and gets better protection up front, the Giants might return unexpectedly to the playoffs.
