Cooper Rush had himself quite the game on Sunday.
The Dallas Cowboys won 34-26 over the Washington Commanders on Sunday, and Rush was a big reason for that.
The quarterback, who’s playing in place of injured Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, was 0-2 going into this game, and now, he pulled off an improbable victory that could very well put the Dallas Cowboys back in the hunt for a playoff spot.
Following the game, Rush’s wife, Lauryn, took to her Instagram page and shared many pictures from her time on the field in her Cowboys-themed outfit.
Lauryn wore a cowboy hat, a white mink jacket, a white shirt, and blue jeans.
Cooper and his now-wife both attended Central Michigan University but didn’t meet there, as Lauryn graduated before Rush.

They met in Chicago in 2017 when she was working as an account executive. During that same year, Rush joined the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent, and Lauryn started sharing photos of the two together on Instagram.

Rush completed 24 of his 32 attempts for 247 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday.
Cooper Rush Has The Talent To Bring The Cowboys Back From The Dead
When Dak Prescott was announced as being out for the season, many thought the Cowboys were done for the year.
Things started rough as Cooper Rush finished 13-of-23 for just 45 yards without recording a touchdown or an interception playing against the Eagles.
He was much better against the Texans as Rush completed 32 of 55 pass attempts for 354 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, but it was still another loss.
Sunday brought another good statistical game for Rush and a victory.
The team might be under .500, but it appears to be headed to a good stretch of playing bad teams that could see it rack up wins.
