NFL fans reckon they’ve discovered Jerry Jones’ 2024 offseason plans for the Dallas Cowboys following a photo of the team owner going viral on social media.
Jones, who has again managed to draw the ire of Cowboys fans with certain comments that we will revisit, was pictured holding a pen and a notepad at the NFL owners meeting in Orlando, Florida.
The post below, from Dallas Morning News reporter David Moore, was centered on quotes from Jones in which he again backed Dak Prescott. But most eyes went to that notepad.
As it turns out, the Cowboys owner is a big doodler. That’s literally all he did on the sheet. Check it out below:

Jerry Jones Is Back To Being Frugal After Going “All-In” Last Month
Jerry Jones declared he and the Cowboys management were going “all-in” while speaking at the NFL Scouting Combine back in February. It’s fair to say that there weren’t many people who bought it.
The 81-year-old has since changed his tune as he’s made some comments in which he suggested that less is more.
“I think that we have been in a situation where we can get it done with lesser,” he said via the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. “More doesn’t necessarily beat Green Bay. There are other things. Maybe having it better strategically in different spots, but more than necessarily beat them, either. So we’re going to be asked to do some things different because we’ve got some different players.”
Of course, fans roasted the Cowboys owner over this. But he didn’t have to say anything to let everyone know he would be sticking to frugality.
To be fair, though, the team doesn’t have much wiggle room given the contract situations they have to take care of, yet Jones was aware of that when he vowed to go “all-in.”
