San Francisco 49ers star defensive end Nick Bosa has social media buzzing after showing up to training camp with a brand new look.
Nick Bosa is about to embark on his sixth season with the 49ers. The 2022 Defensive Player of the Year led San Francisco to a Super Bowl 58 appearance, where they dropped a heartbreaker to the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime.

Nick Bosa has racked up 53.5 sacks since breaking into the league five years ago. In that span, only T.J. Watt (76.5), Myles Garrett (68.0) and Trey Hendrickson (57.5) have more, though Bosa has played fewer games than all of them.
The No. 2 pick of 2019 missed all but two games in 2020 after suffering a season-ending ACL tear in Week 2 against the New York Jets. If he played the entire year, perhaps Bosa would have the most sacks in football over the last five years.
San Francisco has played in four NFC Championship Games since Bosa’s rookie year, only missing it in 2020, when he missed almost the entire year.
Nick Bosa & 49ers Open Season vs. Jets
Bosa and his San Francisco 49ers will look to start the 2024 campaign on a high note when they welcome old foe Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets to Levi’s Stadium in the first “Monday Night Football” of the season on Sept. 9.
Bosa’s 49ers took down Rodgers’ Green Bay Packers in the 2019 NFC Championship Game and in the 2021 Divisional Round. Barring a future meeting in the Super Bowl, this Week 1 tilt will be the final chapter of Rodgers’ epic rivalry against the 49ers, his boyhood team.
