Andy Dalton was involved in a car crash on Tuesday.
Officials said the Carolina Panthers quarterback and his family were in Charlotte and traveling on Sardis Road near Providence Road in Southeast Charlotte when the crash occurred.
It remains unclear if Andy Dalton or somebody else was driving at the time, and it is also unknown if any other vehicles were involved.
Following the accident, an alleged picture surfaced online that appeared to show a Tesla vehicle involved in a crash with a BMW.
You could also see that the airbags were deployed in the Tesla and in the BMW.
A man, who appeared to be Andy Dalton, could be seen talking with police and medical personnel following the accident.

Andy Dalton was said to be riding in the car with his wife, three children, and dog. None of them were transported by emergency medic personnel.
“He was traveling with his wife, three children, and dog,” David Newton of ESPN said. “No one was transported by emergency medic personnel, but Dalton is being evaluated by team medical personnel.”
It was also unclear whether there were any injuries among Dalton’s family, or anyone else potentially involved in the crash.
It was around 10 years ago when then-Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was injured in a car crash near Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte.

Carolina Panthers quarterback Andy Dalton was involved in a minor car accident in Charlotte that did not result in any injuries requiring hospitalization.
However, the quarterback was “being evaluated by team medical personnel,” the team spokesperson said.
It appears he will be good for their next game, but he was benched this past weekend.
Carolina Panthers head coach Dave Canales made it clear Andy Dalton will start Week 8 when the team travels to Denver to face the Broncos.
“We got to get prepared,” Canales said postgame. “We got to look at this film, get ready for the Broncos right now, and Andy will be playing next week.”
It should be noted that those comments came before the car accident.
