The Kansas City Chiefs have us feeling a lot better about our typos following the unveiling of their new Super Bowl rings.
The Chiefs may have made a typo on their celebratory jewelry, which would likely force the team to have them changed.
The graphic posted by the Chiefs’ official website shows off the new rings, which look remarkable. One key feature is an inner graphic depicting their run to the Super Bowl as it notes their opponents and their seeds.
This was clearly done to show that the champs beat both No. 1 seeds to get to their second straight Super Bowl, and they’ve made it out to be the toughest-ever run to a championship. However, they’ve given the Miami Dolphins some undue credit as they were the No. 6 seed and not the No. 7 as stated on the rings.
Check it out below:
The Pittsburgh Steelers were, in fact, the No. 7 seed and faced the No. 2 Buffalo Bills in the Wild Card round.

Fans Are Roasting The Kansas City Chiefs Over The Mistake
As expected, social media is having some fun at the team’s expense.
“How many times they seen it and still f****d it up lmao,” one fan joked.
“Chiefs fans must be feeling a bit miffed about the Super Bowl ring snafu. A minor detail, sure, but a championship ring should be flawless!” another wrote.
“Not sure about that “toughest playoff run” claim either lol,” said a third.
“The toughest run in nfl history is also a mistake,” another pointed out.
Hopefully, this is just a typo in the graphic. If they’re on the actual rings, then it’s a bit of a problem.
