Jason Kelce, a former Philadelphia Eagles center, has interacted with Eagles fans in various ways, but one of those interactions came with a lot of pain.
When Philadelphia Eagles icon Jason Kelce returned to his beloved city earlier this season ahead of a highly anticipated Monday Night Football matchup, the stage was set for an electric night.
In true Philly fashion, Kelce found himself on a stage and playing to the crowd.
But amid the usual pregame hype, one fan’s dream moment with Kelce quickly spiraled into something no one could have seen coming.
Rob Dunphy, a well-known Eagles superfan and content creator, joined Jason Kelce for a brief onstage moment.
He got into a stance and faced off against Kelce for a chest bump to pump up the crowd, but he ended up coming down awkwardly and appeared to injure himself.

Philadelphia Superfan Dunphy Speaks On His Injury From A Jason Kelce Chest Bump
Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce’s second ESPN game became memorable as he hyped up the crowd before ‘Monday Night Football’ upon his return to Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Eagles superfan Ron Dunphy injured his knee while giving the retired Eagles offensive lineman a high-speed belly bump during a pregame celebration.
This week, he finally broke his silence when he revealed he did not require surgery.
Dunphy told No Shorts Media on Wednesday that test results showed he banged up his leg badly.
He stated he was diagnosed with a “severe bone contusion” as well as several sprained ligaments, but luckily for him, all he needed was rest to get better.
He does, however, still have a limp.
Despite his injury, Ron Dunphy made it clear that he harbors no ill will towards Jason Kelce as he checked in on him and paid his bill for the MRI.
