There is not much that went wrong for the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday, but one member of the fan base surely won’t be winning any spelling bee competitions in the future.
After the Eagles took down the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday Night Football, a local news crew got the pulse of the city by speaking to exciting fans. One female fan was so excited that she tried to do the famous chant of spelling the team’s nickname, but she failed miserably.
Yikes.
The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Minnesota Vikings 34-28 on Thursday night, but the victory was far from smooth, at least in some aspects.
Quarterback Jalen Hurts threw for 193 yards with a touchdown and an interception but he also had a sideline spat with wide receiver AJ Brown. In the win, Brown accounted for four of the team’s 18 receptions, with just 29 yards and no touchdowns. He has not scored once this year.
Devonta Smith had more of an impactful game, finishing with four receptions for 131 yards and one touchdown.

The Eagles are 2-0, but have not looked anywhere near the level they were on while reaching the Super Bowl during the 2022 season. Despite the struggles, their record shows no losses as they prepare to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3 on Monday Night Football.
A win is a win, and the Eagles are spelled just like that and not what the woman in the video above tried to do.
