The Philadelphia Eagles have added added another weapon to their offense by signing former Indianapolis Colts and New York Giants wide receiver Parris Campbell.
The Eagles entered the offseason looking to revamp an offense that failed down the final stretch of the 2023 season, and their latest move is just another step in that direction. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the team has reached a one-year agreement with Campbell, who is coming off a disappointing season with the G-Men.
Campbell finished last season with just 20 receptions for 104 yards in 12 games in the Big Apple. The best season of his career came in 2022, when he put up 63 catched for 623 yards and three touchdowns as a member of the Colts.

The 26-year-old wideout was selected by Indy in the second round of the 2019 draft. Prior to that, he was a star with the Ohio State Buckeyes, winning a national championship and earning first- second- and third-team All Big Ten honors.
Parris Campbell Just The Latest Addition To Eagles’ Offense
Earlier in the offseason, the Eagles acquired former Patriots wideout DeVante Parker. And Now they can add Campbell to a wide receiver room that also includes superstars DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown.

Perhaps the most notable addition to Philly’s offense this season so far was running back Saquon Barkley, who joins the team on a three-year contract after spending the first six years of his NFL career with the rival New York Giants. He’ll take over in the Eagles’ backfield behind Jalen Hurts after the team lost D’Andre Swift to the Chicago Bears in free agency.
As for Parris Campbell, he’s expected to compete for a spot as the starting slot wideout in Philly, alongside Brown and Smith.
