DeSean Jackson is indeed being punished for his actions, but not like how many thought it would happen.
On Friday, the Philadelphia Eagles released a statement that announced they were fining the WR for conduct detrimental to the team over his posts that were deemed anti-semantic.
He will remain on the roster.
Jackson has since apologized and is currently in the process of being educated.
The Eagles wide receiver, who posted anti-Semitic quotes attributed to Adolf Hitler, met Thursday with a group that fights against anti-Semitism, and was scheduled to meet with a 94-year-old Holocaust survivor on Friday.
