Peyton Manning does not like watching Zach Wilson play football, though we can understand why that is on this particular Monday night as everyone tuned in for Aaron Rodgers vs. Josh Allen.
Unfortunately for Rodgers, and everyone else, the quarterback picked up an injury during the Jets’ first drive and was ruled out of the game.
An Achilles tear was initially suspected but the team has announced that the veteran QB is nursing an ankle injury.
Peyton, likely frustrated to discover he might be getting another Zach Wilson season after everything that’s happened over the summer, did not hide his frustration during one of Wilson’s plays in which he seemed intent on running from his team’s 30-yard line into his own end zone during the third quarter.

The Jets were behind 13-3 at the time but, managed to tie things up 16-16 in the fourth quarter.
