Peyton Manning, five time NFL MVP and two time Super Bowl champ, was on CNBC on Friday to discuss his him and Eli manning launching eight NFT’s.
The NFTs will be featured on MakersPlace and the digital pieces were created by JK5 and former baseball player Micah Johnson.
In the midst of his interview, the hall of fame QB was asked about the ongoing legal trouble of Deshaun Watson and gave his response when asked if he saw him playing football in 2021.
“Obviously, I’ve known Deshaun since he was in college and he’s always been great to me. It’s certainly a very tough situation for everybody. It’s hard to say how it’s going to end up playing out.”
Houston Texans general manager Nick Caserio said Friday that the team intends to “respect the legal process” regarding the 22 accusations of sexual misconduct leveled against quarterback Deshaun Watson.

“I know Cal and ownership put a letter out a few weeks ago relative to the organizational stance, relative to where we are. I don’t have anything to add other than its legal process and we respect the legal process and where that is,” he said.
“We’re focused on today, we’re focused on getting ready for the offseason program and getting ready for the draft, so that’s where our focus is.”
Watson is facing 22 sexual misconduct lawsuits.
