It took just 2 weeks for Peyton and Eli Manning to become an absolute hit after fans realized what channel the two legendary quarterbacks would be calling Monday Night games.
Monday night’s Green Bay Packers–Detroit Lions broadcast built on some very solid numbers from Week 1.
Only 800,000 watched the Manning-led broadcast of the Raiders-Ravens last week. ESPN PR announced that 1.9 million viewers tuned in to ESPN2. That was a 138-percent increase from last week.
The previous high for an ESPN alternate presentation was 1.03 million for the January 2018 College Football Playoff championship game between Alabama and Georgia on ESPN2.
