Bill Belichick has widely been known as a man who may smile 3 to 4 times a year on average. It’s just not something that he does often, so when it happens, it actually makes the news.
This week, the head coach of the New England Patriots took to the podium for his weekly address to the reporters and he actually cracked a smile.
It came after a reporter made an obvious joke that referred to Antonio Brown and one of his famous sayings.
Antonio Brown had a brief stint with the New England Patriots during the 2019 NFL season. He signed with the team on September 7, 2019, after being released by the Oakland Raiders. However, his time with the Patriots was short-lived as he was released by the team on September 20th.
His release came following allegations of sexual misconduct and he allegedly harassed his accuser. He was gone less than two weeks after he signed a one-year, $10.5 million contract with the reigning Super Bowl champions.
Brown recorded four catches for 56 yards and a touchdown in first game with New England, a 43-0 victory over the Miami Dolphins.
