Normally, a team selecting a kicker in the 5th round of the draft is never news, but Justin Rohrwasser became just that for all the wrong reasons.
Pictures of his anti-government militia group the Three Percenters tattoo would soon surface online and cause a wave of criticism. That tattoo is reportedly no more.
According to TMZ Sports, Rohrwasser began the removal almost immediately after the NFL Draft. He described the process as “physically painful.”
“I’m going to take ownership of it,” Rohrwasser said after pictures of the tattoo surfaced. “This is not who I am. No matter what, that’s not who I am. Hopefully, you will all find that out.”
Patriots selected Rohrwasser with the 159th pick of the 2020 NFL Draft back in April.
“Now, multiple sources confirm … the tat is gone for good.”

“It’s shameful that I had it on there ignorantly,” he told WBZ-TV in April.
