Back in August, it was reported that Josh Gordon would be reinstated from the suspended list.
On Friday, the New England Patriots wide receiver made his first public statement with a letter posted on Twitter.
Gordon addressed the substance abuse issues in the past that has led to him missing some many games in his career, and he also called on folks not to judge him from mistakes made in the past as he tries to move on.
Despite his time missed away from the field, he is still viewed as one of the best wideouts in the entire league, which is why he has gotten chance after chance to redeem himself.
Gordon caught 41 passes for 737 yards receiving and four touchdowns during the 2018 season.
