Jonathan Jones, a cornerback for the New England Patriots, seemed unafraid to express his opinions regarding Deshaun Watson.
In response to a video of the Browns’ interception against the New Orleans Saints on Saturday, one Twitter user said, “Send him to prison already.” Jones just so happened to like that Tweet.
The New England Patriots defensive back claimed it was unintentional.
“Bro I was scrolling and hit it by accident,” Jones tweeted Sunday. “Don’t do that.”
Watson has won two and lost two starts at quarterback for the Browns after serving his suspension. His squad is now officially out of the playoff race after a 17-10 loss to the Saints. Watson was playing in his fourth game with the Browns following an 11-game suspension on the heels of sexual assault allegations. He was also fined $5 million for breaking the league’s personal-conduct code.
It should be noted that Watson did not play a single game in the NFL last season and was suspended for the first 11 games of the 2022 campaign. He is essentially going through preseason and probably won’t look like he did with the Texans until next season.

The Patriots’ Christmas Eve home loss to the Bengals spared them from being eliminated from the playoff contention, but it will have to be a Wild card spot since the Buffalo Bills have already clinched the division.
