Life can be quite cruel.
Less than 24 hours ago, it was reported that a male fan at the Patriots-Dolphins game was suffering from a heart attack. A firefighter just so happened to be in the right place at the right time as he performed CPR and saved the guy’s life.
Unfortunately, ess than 24 hours later, that man would still pass away later at the hospital.
Via TMZ:
“The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office tells TMZ Sports the investigation is ongoing and is currently in its preliminary stages. No charges have been filed.”
According to reporter Bridget Condon, two off-duty firefighters sprang into action and conducted CPR for several minutes … bringing the man back to life. His current status has not been released at this time.”
What was a great moment turns tragic and now a family is heartbroken about the death of a prominent member of the family.

As for the game, the Patriots are 0-2 to start a season for the first time since 2001. New England put up another fight after falling into an early hole but once again came up short, falling to the Dolphins 24-17 at Gillette Stadium on Sunday.
The Patriots had a chance to tie the game on their final drive, but came up inches short of keeping their final drive alive on a wild lateral play.
We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the man as they will now have to plan an unsuspecting funeral.
